Important Information
- Pick-up time: 7.45 AM- 8.15 AM. End time: 3.00 PM- 3.30 PM
- Children under 100 cm are free. Height of 1-1.29 meters: 50% off an adult. Height from 1.3 meters & above: 100% as an adult
- Entrance ticket including Float sliding at Luoi river, Mineral bath, Massaging chair at Ficus Massage Lake, Water rides
- What to bring: sun hat, sunscreen, swimwear, towels, soap or even shampoo, waterproof swimming bag
- When playing water slide games, you should wear a neat swimsuit without big buttons or zippers to avoid being cut into the skin by hard objects causing some injuries to yourself.
Child Information:
- 2 adults can only bring 1 child free of charge (3 years old). The other child should be booked under the child ticket
Hotel Pick up Information:
- We will contact you via Email/ Whatsapp/ Kakaotalk one day in advance to inform the pickup time
- Requested information when booking: your full name, hotel name, and address, phone number (Whatsapp/ Kakao/ line/ WeChat)
- Please arrive at the designated pick-up spot 10 minutes in advance. You should wait at reception (LOBBY) in time so we won’t miss you.
- The bus will always leave on time and no refunds will be given if you miss the bus
- As this is a shared transfer, please be patient in case of unforeseen delays along with the pickup route
Cancelation charge:
- More than 24 hours before departure: No charges
- Less than 24 hours before departure or No show: 100% of tour rate
Public holiday
An extra charge of VND 100,000 VND per guest is requested for Public holidays: 1/1, 30/4, 1/5, 2/9, 31/12, and Lunar new year. Apply for all daily tours
