- The driver can speak basic English only. Please opt for a guide if you require someone who understands and speaks a higher standard of English.
- Please discuss your planned itinerary with local operators before using the service via (Email/kakao/ WhatsApp/ WeChat). They will arrange the best plan for you to save your time
- This car charter service is strictly no longer than 12 hours a day or 230 km. Drivers cannot work more than 12 hours a day. The car speed limit is 50km.
- Car Charter Service time: 7.00 AM – 10.00 PM
- The service time will be counted from the pickup time you indicate at checkout
- Please provide the full name and Year of birth of all passengers for insurance purposes
Hotel Pick Up Information:
- Please be at the hotel lobby 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time
- The driver will wait for a maximum time of 1 hour.
- If you contact the driver after being late, the tour will still go ahead but the waiting time will be included in the tours
Tour Guide Information
- Tour Guide Service time: 7.00 AM – 10.00 PM
- This Private tour Guide service is strictly no longer than 12 hours a day. Tour Guides cannot work more than 12 hours a day
- The guide is strictly for sightseeing purposes only. If you want the guide to offer any other services involving business, medical, professional translation, or interpretation, extra costs will apply. Please contact the local operator for more details
- If you book a guide, the guide will be counted as a passenger and occupy a seat
- Tour Guide Service is not available during Lunar New Year
